Different Peterbilt Cabover 362, 352/282 and 352H
The model 362 was an updated version of the “Pacemaker” 352/282 and 352H that came out at the beginning of 1981. The cabs were more aerodynamic, taller, had a larger radiator, and roomier and more efficient interiors. Everything about 362 was new.
The 362 model was a Peterbilt truck with a signature large, wide windshield and three wipers. A two-piece main windshield was optional. The 362E (“enhanced”) model followed in the ’90s, and the 372 model in ’88. Production of the 362 ceased in mid 2005. In the cartoon movie Cars, the Peterbilt seen in the movie was a 362.
